Your First Visit to Hillside Family Dentist

If there are immediate concerns, we’ll develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

We’ve designed our office to be family-friendly and comfortable, providing you with dental patient resources to ensure an excellent experience. Your first visit is an opportunity for us to build a foundation of trust and understanding. We’re excited to answer your questions and help you take the first step toward a healthier smile.

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

• Any X-rays from a previous dentist (or have them forwarded to us)
• A valid form of ID
• A list of medications you’re currently taking
• Details about current health concerns or past surgeries
• Your dental insurance card (if applicable)

Insurance and Financing

Access to affordable dental care is essential, and we’re here to make it happen. Hillside Family Dentist accepts most dental insurance plans and offers an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance. Third-party financing options are also available to help manage the cost of your care.
